REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be provided for orders placed with ShreeMeda Pharma (“we”, “our”, “us”).

As a pharmaceutical and healthcare-focused company, we follow strict guidelines to ensure product safety, compliance, and quality control.

1. No Refund on Delivered Pharmaceutical Products

Due to regulatory, hygiene, and safety standards, we do not offer refunds or returns on pharmaceutical products once delivered, except in the limited cases specified below.

This includes products that are:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Damaged due to customer handling
  • Returned without proper reason
  • Past their return window

This policy protects product integrity and patient safety.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We only accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

A. Wrong Product Delivered

If the product delivered does not match the invoice/order.

B. Damaged or Defective Product

If the product is damaged before delivery or has clear manufacturing defects.

C. Expired Product Delivered

If the product delivered is expired or near-expiry (less than acceptable buffer period).

In such cases, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Conditions for Approval

To process your request, the following information must be provided:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photographs showing:
    • Packaging
    • Batch number
    • Manufacturing/expiry details
    • Visible damage or issue

Requests without proper evidence will not be accepted.

ShreeMeda Pharma reserves the right to verify the claims before approving replacement/refund.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided if:

  • The product is opened or used
  • Damage occurs due to customer handling
  • The product is returned without valid reason
  • Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product packaging or batch details are missing

5. Cancellation Policy

A. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel an order only before it is dispatched.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

B. Order Cancellation by ShreeMeda Pharma

We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • There are payment issues
  • Incorrect order details are provided
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

In such cases, a full refund (if payment was made) will be issued.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on banking channels

We do not control banking delays.

7. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, we will arrange a pickup (where applicable) or request evidence before dispatching a new product.

Replacement is subject to:

  • Stock availability
  • Product verification
  • Compliance checks
